Complaints from drivers who had problems filling up their vehicles at an Upminster petrol station has led to Shell launching an investigation into the site.
Drivers have reported experiencing problems with their cars after filling up at the petrol station in St Mary’s Lane today (Tuesday, October 9).
One driver contacted Shell on Twitter explaining that her car had to be taken to a garage after she visited the station.
A spokeswoman from Shell said: “We do take matters like this seriously and we’re currently investigating the site.
“We’re waiting for more details from the investigators.”
